Van Andel Arena has one Fifth Third Bank ATM in the lobby and two Huntington Bank ATMs on the concourse level.
Box office
Our box office, located in the main lobby, is serviced by Ticketmaster for all of the concerts and family shows. The Griffins sell tickets out of the Zone on the West side of the arena and are serviced by Star Tickets Plus.
Fifth Third Bank Vault
Enjoy dinner at the Fifth Third Bank Vault before an event by calling for reservations at 616-742-6453 or e-mail 53BankVault@smggr.com. Feel free to drop in when you have a ticket to an event before during or after the show. We will tantilize your taste buds! You must have a ticket to an event in order to dine at the Fifth Third Bank Vault.

Van Andel Arena has a wide variety of options at the concessions. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Popcorn, Personal Pizzas and more are available for a quick treat during the events.
