Van Andel Arena offers a variety of upcoming events and is ready to welcome you through the doors. In order to ensure you have the best possible experience be sure to explore the information below as well as all the policies listed on our FAQs page.

When you enter the arena be prepared for passing through a security screening process complete with metal detectors and note that we have adopted a NO BAGS policy. Note small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" and medical bags/bags required for parenting needs will be permitted. When passing through the metal detectors please leave all items in your pockets and leave jackets/coats on. For more information regarding the venue policies check out our FAQs page. To ensure a contactless visit when attending an event at Van Andel Arena, and for a fast & easy entry into the building, mobile ticketing is preferred and new contactless ticket scanners have been installed. Have your tickets pulled up and ready to scan on your mobile device before approaching ticket scanners and have your entire group present when scanning multiple tickets. Touchless fixtures have been installed throughout the venue to create an easy and touch free environment. Hand sanitizing stations are installed throughout the facility for your use.

The food & beverage provider, Savor, has partnered with DoorDash to offer mobile ordering for your concession needs! A select menu is currently available for mobile ordering and is only available at select locations. Skip the lines and order straight from your phone! Please note that cashless transactions are required for all concessions purchases and you will need to show a valid government issued photo ID to pay with a credit/debit card. All concession locations now accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
