Accessible Seating & Ticketing:
Wheelchair accessible seating and semi-ambulatory seating are located in various sections and levels throughout Van Andel Arena.

The number of companion/escort seats available may be limited depending on the seating location. The companion/escort may accompany a guest with a disability only in designated seating areas.

If a patron needs an accessible (ADA) seating location, but has purchased a ticket on the secondary ticket market or is using a Van Andel Arena premium seat ticket that is not designated as an accessible (ADA) seating location, the patron should contact the ADA Coordinator for proper arrangements at 616-742-6600. Tickets purchased on a secondary ticket site are not guaranteed a relocated seat.
