Aunt FlowVan Andel Arena has partnered with woman-owned business,
Aunt Flow, to provide free, organic menstrual products to patrons attending Van Andel Arena events.
Aunt Flow period product dispensers can be found in women's restrooms for the convenience of patrons that are in need. Each dispenser contains both pads and tampons that are free, and readily available with easy access.
Box OfficeOur box office, located in the main lobby, is currently open on event days only. Please visit our
Ticketing Information page for more information on box office hours. Grand Rapids Griffins, Grand Rapids Rise and AXS.com ticketed events are NOT sold through the Van Andel Arena box office. The Griffins sell tickets out of the Zone on the west side of the arena and online at
Griffinshockey.com.
ConcessionsVan Andel Arena has a wide variety of options at concession stands. Burgers, hot dogs, popcorn, personal pizza and more are available for a quick treat during the events. Food & beverage at Van Andel Arena is managed by
SAVOR. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the arena.
Mobile ordering is available for select items.
Cashless transactions are required for all concessions purchases. Please note you will need a valid government issued photo ID to pay with a credit card. Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal are also accepted.
Gluten free & vegetarian options are available at select concessions locations.
Family RestroomsFamily restrooms are available on the 3rd floor.
Guest ServicesGuest Services booth is located on the main concourse level outside of Section 104.
Listening DevicesVan Andel Arena is equipped with an assisted listening device system. Receivers are available for most events and are provided for free of charge with a valid form of identification from Guest Services.
Nursing MothersA Nursing Mothers room will be provided upon request at the ASM Global front office located in the main lobby to the right of the box office.
ParkingParking facilities in downtown Grand Rapids are operated by the City of Grand Rapids. Metered parking is also available on the streets surrounding the arena.
Accessible parking is available in all City owned and operated parking ramps and surface parking lots.

Sensory Bags:
Van Andel Arena offers sensory items free of charge for patrons. To check out a sensory item visit Guest Services located on the arena concourse outside Section 104, a photo ID will be required to check out any item. Items are available on a first come first serve basis.

Wiggle Seat: A specially designed wiggle seat helps calm and focus while allowing those using it to quietly move while working, enabling them to stay on task and be more productive. The sensory cushion is an outlet for excess energy.
- Lap Pad: Super soft fleece weighted Lap Pads are sensory tools that offer deep calming pressure; increasing the ability to focus, relieving anxiety and stress. It gives those with the wiggles a comforting sense of security and has a relaxing effect on the body and mind. Soothing dual textures alleviate excess energy, decrease restlessness, relieve stress and improve attentiveness.
- Noise Cancelling Headphones: World-class noise cancellation headphones will allow for a better listening experience in any environment. They feature a noise-rejecting, dual-mic system for clear sound and voice pick up. The balanced audio performance can be played at any volume and includes cable-free Bluetooth pairing.
- Fidget Toy/Pop-It's: These toys provide external stimuli to focus and an outlet for pent-up nervous energy. Pop-It fidget toys also help to relieve anxiety and stress by providing something to keep your hands busy, which are the most visibly affected body part in stressful situations.
The Consumers Credit Union ClubEnjoy dinner at The
Consumers Credit Union Club Restaurant & Bar two hours before and during an event.
Reservations may be made for parties of up to 8 guests. Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome based upon availability. To make reservations please email
consumerscuclub@grsavor.com.. Please note that we are unable to split checks for parties of 6 or more.
You must have a ticket to that day's event in order to dine at The Intermission. The Intermission is not open for all events; to check on hours please email consumerscuclub@grsavor.com.
WheelchairsComplimentary wheelchair escorts will be provided upon request at every entry point, based on availability. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during an event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their own personal wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our Guest Services booth located outside of Section 104 on the main level concourse. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer.
