Box office hours are subject to change.

Monday through Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday, Sunday, and Weekday Evenings: based upon event schedule.  

Please note that the box office will be closed for the holidays on Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1. On Dec. 31, the box office will be open in the evening for the Griffins hockey game only.

Purchases made through the Van Andel Arena Box Office, Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone, are subject to a 72 hour return policy offered by Ticketmaster. This policy does not apply to pre-sale tickets. There are no refunds on tickets purchased during an event pre-sale.

Tickets purchased by an unauthorized ticket distributer or third party may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed by Van Andel Arena.  Fans with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase tickets at the Van Andel Arena box office; prices and seating subject to availability.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating may be purchased in person at the Van Andel Arena box office, on Ticketmaster.com or Charge-by-Phone.  Fans that require accessible seating must request this at the time of purchase.  Accessible seating is not guaranteed on the day of the event unless purchased in advance.

If you require a hearing interpreter or hearing loop, please contact Hilarie Carpenter at hcarpenter@smggr.com to arrange it at least seven (7) days prior to the event.

Mobile Tickets

Getting into an event is easier than ever with Mobile Tickets! Download the Ticketmaster App and sign in or create a Ticketmaster account.  Click the “My Events” tab at the bottom the screen and select the event you are attending. Present the QR code on your device to be scanned and you are in. (No need to print the QR code)

Pro tip: Add your tickets to your “wallet” on your mobile device for even easier access!

Transferring Tickets

Sometimes, you and your friends arrive to the show at different times. Instead of waiting around at the gates, transfer their tickets to them.  It is safe and easy.

*Both parties must have a Ticketmaster account in order for the transfer to be completed.*

- Sign into your Ticketmaster account.

- Click the “Transfer Tickets” button and select the tickets you want to transfer.

- Enter the recipient’s name and email address (be sure it is the email associated to their Ticketmaster account!)

- Click “Send”.

You will receive two emails: one to confirm your tickets have been sent, and another once the tickets have been accepted by the recipient. The recipient will need to sign in to their account and accept the tickets for the transfer to be complete.   Click HERE for additional information.
